You don’t need to take our word for it - a previous successful participant and now a current tribe member said :
"I successfully become a part of Tyler Grange in the spring of 2025 through the seasonal Assistant Ecologist position. The online application process was simple and easy to use.
I was invited to an assessment day in the Tyler Grange Birmingham office alongside other candidates. This was a really fun day; it was an opportunity to meet several people within Tyler Grange across different departments and offices. Providing us, as candidates the chance to get to know the company and not strictly the other way around. There was a mixture of individual and team-based tasks and talks aiding the relaxed natured atmosphere.
I was fortunate enough to be offered a position starting in March. During my time within Tyler Grange, I have been able to develop in multiple aspects of ecology work. I have undertaken protected species surveys, worked alongside some incredibly knowledgeable ecologists as well as gaining a range of desk-based skills. I have been given the opportunity to put myself forward for work that I find particularly interesting and for opportunities that I hadn’t even considered.
Ecology is not a “one size fits all” profession. Tyler Grange is brilliant at acknowledging this and it is as much about you as an individual as it is your ecology skills. The atmosphere and ethos of the company is second to none creating a brilliant company to be a part of."
