People Coordinator
We are looking for someone to join our team who is passionate about people, employee experience and continuing making Tyler Grange a great place to work. This role will involve helping with our talent growth whilst supporting the team lead with Human Resources (HR) related tasks. What you will do:
- A core part of the role will involve being a part of helping grow talent at Tyler Grange. This will cover the entire hiring process, including creating, listing and monitoring roles on our Applicant Tracking System, carrying our initial screening calls and organising interviews
- You will assist with employee onboarding, keeping documentation up to date and ensuring processes are consistent and aligned with our values
- You will assist the team in making sure that our HR policies and procedures are up to date and will be a part of reviewing and editing these
- You will help with compliance and documentation, making sure this is up to date and assisting with people-based data collection
- You will get involved in support our People Development Coordinator in organising learning & development for our employees
- You will support on general people based admin to be able to support the wider team and business
- You will be open to supporting people related events (i.e. University Open Days) and exploring wider opportunities for the business relating to talent growth and development
What we are looking for:
- You are a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across different stakeholder groups
- You are a problem-solver who is always looking for ways to improve internal processes
- You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- You are organised and thorough, with a keen attention to detail
- You are willing to travel to spend time with the team at their different office bases
- You are enthusiastic to learn new things and how to use different platforms
- Nice to have - some experience, accreditation or degree relating to the people profession is desirable

Location: Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol or Leeds - We operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office - this can include on-site days.
