Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting out in Health, Safety & Wellbeing. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team, mainly focusing on Health & Safety, to help ensure safe and healthy working environments but you’ll also get involved with sustainability and other management systems as we grow and develop our processes. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be encouraged to grow your skills and confidence in these important areas.

What you will do:
· Assist with Health, Safety & Wellbeing inductions and keep records up to date for employees and Tyler Grange Partners
· Assist with training schedules and annual updates for employees and Tyler Grange Partners
· Assist with monitoring Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessments and actions
· Assist with monitoring and ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
· Support audits and inspections alongside experienced colleagues
· Help monitor tasks and follow up to ensure completion
· Provide general administration support to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead
· Triage and prioritise actions from the team in the absence of Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead
· Keep records organised and help with data entry and reporting
· Learn about policies and procedures and help with updates
· Contribute to improving processes and systems over time
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
· A genuine interest in Health, Safety & Wellbeing and a willingness to learn
· Interest in working towards Health & Safety qualifications (including IOSH Managing Safely)
· Strong IT skills (especially Word, Excel, Teams/SharePoint)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level or professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
· Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions
· Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Nice to have's:
· A full clean driving license
· Level 2 literacy and numeracy or equivalent

Location: Birmingham, Manchester or Bristol. We operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of 2 days a week in the office - this can include on-site days. For this particular role, your direct report will be based in Birmingham so we ideally would like the chosen candidate to be open to travelling here at least 2 days a month, if they are not already based in this location.
