Partner with Technical Leads to ensure appropriate technical support is in place, identifying strategies to address skills gaps and regional requirements.
Complete the monthly Operations Report for the Wales Ecology team.
Work collaboratively with other office operational leads to problem‑solve and support project and pipeline delivery.
Work with regional sales representatives to ensure sales actions align to the wider sales strategy and the Wales Ecology team’s operational and technical needs.
