Graduate Arboricultural Consultant
Graduate Arboricultural Consultant – Manchester, London & Birmingham
About Tyler Grange
At TG we value innovation over convention; the usual route isn’t always our chosen path. We care deeply and celebrate loudly, and our Tribe supports each other through work and play. Every day here blends meaningful work, good laughs and honest conversations.
We also believe in giving back and offer a 4day working week on a 5day salary – that’s 80% of your time for 100% pay.
Your journey at TG will be shaped by the amazing people you’ll work alongside. We cheer on our mates, cherish our clients, and sprinkle goodness back into our communities. If you’re looking for a place where people genuinely enjoy what they do - and who they do it with - there’s no better place to start your arboricultural career.
We’re excited to welcome three new Graduate Arboricultural Consultants to join our Tribe in June 2026, across our Manchester, London and Birmingham offices.

Navigate planning policy, online datasets, captured survey data and technical drawings
Gain experience using tools such as AutoCAD, QGIS and survey-collation software
Work alongside ecologists, landscape architects and GBI colleagues
Attend project meetings with clients, developers and planning authorities
Travel across the UK for surveys, internal events, volunteering days and project work
Participate in TG-wide initiatives, including quarterly company gatherings
You’ll also join our structured learning programme, designed to boost your confidence, technical knowledge and project skills - helping you progress from Graduate to Consultant level.
