We are an award-winning B-Corp environmental consultancy, is looking for a talented Communications and Marketing Coordinator to help us communicate effectively with each other and our collaborators, as well as helping us to tell our story to the world.
The role can be based in either Birmingham or Manchester.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this maternity cover role, you’ll coordinate and help deliver both internal and external communications across the business, as well as having a key role in our marketing outputs. Your work will touch every corner of TG - helping people feel connected, informed and inspired.
Key responsibilities include:
· Editor: Coordinating the delivery of key internal publications and uploading news items to the intranet.
· Moderator: Ensuring communication channels are used effectively and appropriately.
· Librarian: Overseeing filing protocols, tidying legacy messages and ensuring content is stored accurately.
· Content Support: Facilitating the coordination and production of case studies, blogs and podcasts.
· Journalist: Acting as a liaison between our external marketing agency and internal teams to approve and finalise blog and social content.
· Social Media: Engaging with clients and collaborators, arranging content sign-off and interacting with relevant networks.
· Canva Wizardry: Creating and editing designs and documents for internal and external use, including slides for team days.
What We’re Looking For
Getting communications right is hard - but you’ll thrive if you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping messages land with clarity and impact.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Exceptional organisation and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Great communication and interpersonal skills, ideally with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
· A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach, comfortable taking ownership.
· Strong English grammar, copywriting and proofreading skills.
· Flexibility, openness to change and a collaborative mindset.
· Confidence using Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Teams.
